Our affordable housing is attractive to many people, including senior customers. We offer on-site laundry as well as no required maintenance. Tenants and family members appreciate that our on-site managers are on the premises for a minimum of eight to ten hours per week to ensure tenant needs are met.
Our elderly housing buildings have private entrances with common corridors and even community rooms, for games of bridge or other group activities. Some duplexes also have community rooms.
Warrior Run provides affordable housing throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Renters must meet income guidelines. Warrior Run Development Corp. (WRDC) has been managing affordable apartment complexes since 1984. In 1999 WRDC began a new venture in support services. Elderly and multifamily complexes with initial funding from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Rural Housing Service. Tax-Credits, or Market rate have seen the benefits to service coordination.
